La Quarentina pops off the screen with as much bubbling excitement as the Summer heat that beckons us outside our windows. Simmering with sweet chords, beats, rhymes and rhythms, Annastasia Victory’s new release comes in perfect timing as a post lockdown anthem. While a badly bruised music industry was completely shut down, Ms.Victory wasted no time.

La Quarentina, a unique socially distanced, remote collaboration, features rap artist Ronvé O'Daniel, bass player Andre Cleghorn, percussionist Senfu Stoney, guitar player Nickolas Dickerson, and additional production, mix & master by Jordan Purvis. The hit has world premiered during collaborative performances with tap dancer Ayodele Casele at !PopsUp! - an expansive festival, consisting of hundreds of pop-up performances across NYC.

“This composition is a reflection of the discord that is an ongoing struggle in America with race, politics and greedy-allconsuming capitalism. Our Mother Earth is crying out from the unjust treatment and abuse that we as humans have burden upon it. The feminine Goddess has been suppressed and abused for far too long. She’s tired. We’re tired. Something’s got to change!”

So while the industry rebuilds and reinvents itself, Annastasia Victory emerges from this turbulent year Victorious once again, with a new hit single and video that reminds us why she remains forever… Diva of the Keys!
